Disclaimer and Warranty

Bizzy Bees Cleaning Services does NOT guarantee the removal of stains such as, rust, mildew or other possible issues caused by hard water build-up or lack of maintenance.

Bizzy Bees Cleaning Services will NOT be held responsible for items that have been tossed out, cleaned up, put away, missing, stolen, broken, etc.

I am a very honest and trustworthy person - I have no need or desire to take things that do not belong to me also I would not own my own business and take pride in doing a job well done to turn around and hurt my customers.

Any customers that have camera inside their home or outside of their home please feel free to leave them on while I am at your home. It will give you and I some peace of mind. I just ask that you do not post pictures or videos of me on any platforms unless you have permission from me. :)

Bizzy Bees requires that all areas of the home/building etc. to be free of clutter, so cleaning is much more efficient.

Indoor Wood burning fireplaces must be cleaned out by owner. I will only clean the mantle and hearth.

Clients are required to inform Bizzy Bees of items or surfaces that are in need of special care or attention, or areas that client does not want touched.

Bizzy Bees does not guarantee that all surfaces and items can be cleaned thoroughly, pending the items in question. Most surfaces can be cleaned and detailed. If there are any such places or items, I will note that in the invoice or notes section for you. 

I am NOT responsible for damage due to fault and/or improper installation of any item or appliance in the home or building. I own a cleaning business not a construction business! 

Bizzy Bees is NOT responsible for any harm caused to animals or people due to my cleaning supplies. Again, I use non-toxic cleaning supplies that are diluted down that are completely human and pet friendly.

If special care while cleaning is required, it is the Clients responsibility to inform Bizzy Bees of all dogs or other pets in the home. All pets should be put away during cleanings, I am NOT responsible for the animal's care if you leave them out or while they are put away. Also, I will not clean a home/building etc. with an animal or pet not properly put away or properly caged or housed.

All surfaces (i.e., marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm, if they are not, I need to be informed prior to cleaning.

Furniture on wood floors is assumed to have proper protection. All-important items should be put away during cleanings to prevent any possible accidents. 

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please contact me within 24 hours of the service completion. I will be happy to address any concerns or make necessary adjustments. After 24 hours, Bizzy Bees will consider the service as complete.

For large jobs I cannot guarantee cleanings to be finished by a certain time it depends on the scope of the work if any client's need me to be finished by a specific time it is the client's responsibility to inform me before the cleaning begins. If at any time I feel as though I am not being treated fairly, a client is using profanity, harsh words, inappropriate gestures, body language, etc. I can and will leave the premise and I will then make a decision to choose when to return at a later date to continue the services or I can choose to not return at all. Pending my decision, the client will be billed for any and all services completed and an inconvenience fee of $50.00.

  Payments for daily commercial cleaning services are due at the end of each week, unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods include. Timely payments are required to ensure the continuation of services.  

Bizzy Bees Cleaning Services accepts credit card or cash payment methods. If using cash, you will be handed a receipt the day of service with payment due at that time.

If client uses card method and it does not work client will bill you an invoice with an additional charge of $35.00.  Also, the client will no longer receive cleaning services until payment is made in full! 

I only clean windows and blinds and other taller surfaces that can be reached with a 2-step ladder. For safety, no other jobs, construction workers, masonry, plumbing, dry wall, etc. should be done while I am  cleaning. The presence of other workers or an excess amount of people in the house or area might cause the estimate to be inaccurate. Having other work done in a house while I am working might affect the cost and time needed to complete the cleaning to your satisfaction. I will not move any heavy furniture even if it has scratch proof padding on the legs or feet. Prices are subject to change if surfaces are excessively dirty and cause extra time to be spent cleaning one or more areas. I will not clean areas filled with clutter or areas covered in hazardous material which can include but is not limited to human and animal waste. If you request the inside of your refrigerator to be cleaned, you are expected to remove all items from the fridge. I will not touch food of any kind as I don't want to risk cross contamination. This also goes for pantries and cabinets, or anywhere with food items.

Bizzy Bees cleaning services cannot be sued at any time, by using my services, you acknowledge and accept these terms and waive any right to pursue any form of legal action for any reason related to the services or to myself. You the client are signing this Warranty and Disclaimer, and it is acting as a legal document in the State of Virginia. If you have any discrepancies with my cleaning or with the services provided you can contact me to discuss the matters more in depth. If you the client chooses to take me to court you must bring it to the courts of Franklin County, VA.   By using my services, clients agree that if any legal action is pursued, the client will be responsible for all legal fees, court costs, and expenses associated with the lawsuit, regardless of the outcome. This includes attorney’s fees, and any other costs incurred as part of the legal process.    Once signed and dated this is a legal binding contract!
